The Collegiate Summer Internship Program brings together top students in agriculture, business, and technology to explore the inner workings of one of the largest John Deere Dealer Programs in the world.
 

Most students start with the Dealer Experience Internship which offers an opportunity to learn about every department within the dealership.  Upon completion, students may be invited to our exclusive Future Legends mentorship program during the school year. Interns wishing to grow their knowledge in a specific area are encouraged to apply for our Department Focused Internship, where they
will work within a single department


  • DEALER EXPERIENCE INTERNSHIP 

    1st year internship

    Learn the business of running a dealership through experiencing each department. You'll work on a project during the summer and recommend solutions to a business challenge.

    Dive into one department and identify solutions to a business challenge. We will pair you with a manager in your field of interest.

Future Legends
 
Your access to the experts at AgriVision Equipment and PrairieLand Partners doesn't have to end when it's time to go back to school.
 
Following the summer internship. select students will be invited to participate in our ongoing Future Legends program from September through April. Each Future Legend student will have regular virtual check-ins with a mentor from AgriVision Equipment or PrairieLand Partners, and will also be invited to networking opportunities within the company.
